Designed with the safety and comfort in mind for your dog, our Care2 small dog cage offers a secure space for your pet to travel both in and out of the car. These easily portable, lightweight home from home crates for dogs are ideal for very small toy breeds such as Yorkshire Terriers, Pomeranians, Papillons, Toy Poodles, Chihuahuas, Brussels Griffon, Japanese Chin, Maltese or Russian Toy Terriers.
All the MIMsafe Care2 pet carriers have been crash tested* The crash tests meet the same stringent requirements that are imposed on baby car seats. Each cage is equipped with an emergency exit in case the main exit is ever blocked.
The great thing about these small dog cages is that they can be fitted into any standard car seat using just the seat belt to secure them, in the same way as baby seats are secured. If you are travelling and staying away from home, they also offer a secure mobile kennel for your pet to retreat to if they want some protection, space and familiarity. And if you need your dog to be protected while out and about, the Care2 small dog cage is great for carrying your pet safely, knowing that they are protected from crowds and other larger dogs.
The Care2 small dog cages are supplied with a fully fitted mat and each cage comes with a fully integrated temperature gauge.
The cage will be delivered fully assembled.
If you use the Care2 small dog cage in the boot of your car, the recommended distance between cage and the car’s boot lid is 250-300mm to ensure the cage does not interfere with the vehicle’s deformation zone.
